My mission at Mahelia PMU Academy is to provide exceptional Permanent Makeup and advanced Skin Care services through personalized care, artistry, innovative techniques, and high professional standards, while helping each client enhance their natural beauty and confidence. Education is also an important part of my mission, sharing my experience with future beauty professionals and helping them develop the skills and confidence to build successful careers.

With over 37 years in the beauty industry and more than a decade specializing in Permanent Makeup, I have built my career around continuous education and professional growth. In 2008, I opened my studio and academy in Whittier, California, serving clients and students throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California.

Today, I am an internationally recognized Permanent Makeup Artist, Educator, International PMU Judge, and Speaker. In 2026, Mahelia PMU Academy was honored as Best Permanent Makeup Studio at WULOP in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, an international PMU event and competition.

My professional education includes international certifications in Pigmentology, Needle Technology, Nano Brows, Powder/Ombré Brows, Microblading, Lip Blush, Permanent Eyeliner, and advanced PMU techniques, with training from internationally recognized institutions including PhiAcademy by Branko Babić, 5 Star Academy, and Silam Academy.

At Mahelia PMU Academy, I specialize in customized Nano Brows, Diva Brows™, Powder Brows, Permanent Eyeliner, Lip Blush, and advanced Skin Care treatments, always focusing on personalized, natural-looking results.

Through my Permanent Makeup training in Whittier, California, I provide comprehensive education, hands-on experience, and continued support to help students become knowledgeable, confident, and successful PMU Artists.

After nearly four decades in the beauty industry, my philosophy remains simple: education never stops, and excellence is something we build every day. Whether serving a client, teaching a student, or representing the PMU industry internationally, my commitment is to maintain the highest standards of artistry, education, professionalism, and care.
